Working with Paula Richards was like working with a friend or family member. I know that sounds trite, but it's true. She was pulling for me, she was creative and she found a way to make it work when I couldn't see a path. She let me know along the way exactly what I needed to do and when. I was a total newbie to mortgages and I'm a woman in her 50's caring for my husband who is a stroke victim. I own a business, so I was able to somehow summon the money when I was given an exact goal. Other lenders gave me numbers that were just out of reach and I could tell they didn't believe in me. Paula not only kept me in line with attainable goals, but kept on my realtor as well! She made sure all the Is were dotted and Ts crossed and was a true friend throughout the process. She even came to the closing! We found a fantastic house that is allowing my business to grow and still didn't cost too much. For the most important purchase in your life, you should work with someone who cares about you and believes in you - that person is Paula Richards!

Paula is an amazing individual. Paula knows Mortgages and she knows how to take care of a client. I have seen Paula in action and being a loan officer my self, I can say I learn something new from her every time we meet. Loan Officer MVP goes to Paula. Thank you, Chris Roberts
