This is by far the worst branch I’ve been to. Terrible service and extremely slow. They make you feel as if your interrupting them. They couldn’t set up a new credit card so after 23 min of waiting she says our reader not reading your card. She said she was calling head office. She hands me the the phone and there asking me for information that I had to give them while 10 -20 people around. What happened to a room. So I told her if she could set me up elsewhere she hung up said you call them. So I left the card there. She asked me what did I want her to do with the card?? I told her what. Did not go over well as expected. Pos

I have been with RBC for almost 20 years and today was the push for me to switch financial institutions. The branch manager did not even come out to explain to me a hollistic charge instead he send somebody else. I can clearly see him sitting im bis office. Bank charges $7.50 for a draft but when I challenged why since they do not honor no hold on those they could not answer. Either way I was given excuses for me to leave the bank. Either way I am going to file a complaint with RBC to get my answer but the customer service was not up to par. No empathy, no ownership, no other options given.
