So they are replacing the ATMs with new ones, a planned event based on the signage; however they not only didn’t increase the number of tellers, they have 2 people acting as greeters? Doesn’t make sense to me but what do I know. The saving grace is how polite the tellers they have are.

Worst branch of any bank in the area I had dealings with . Unfriendly tellers, slow service, tellers engage in chit-chats while the line ups grow. When I complained loudly the manager insisted to follow him into his office where he tried blame me for raising my voice and for my "improper" behaviour. Not one word from him how he will improve customer service. HOPELESS SITUATION !

The line is a long wait even with all tellers at the desk. Their service is very slow. Very big waste of time. Lack of knowledge on their systems and slow service. I had one experience where I waited 20 minutes in line, got to the front, and the teller that became available did not make eye contact or greet me. Just left her station and went to the back. Didn't say, "another teller will help you in a moment", nothing. Never returned. I waited a few minutes longer and nobody addressed me so I left without being helped. On another occasion I waited 20 minutes in line, all tellers stations staffed and had clients. The help was very slow. When I reached my turn the teller took a long time and was unable to answer my question and simply gave me a 1 800 number to call instead.

Wait times are lengthy but this is standard at most banks, service is friendly.
