They do there utmost to ensure you have a wonderful and understandable time when dealing with the tricky process of mortagages. From beginning to end the whole team at Ginkgo was prompt, professional and made me feel at ease. Yvonne Leung called me the same day I first emailed them. I then had a meeting with Henry Tse the CEO, and he explained to me very well what the company does and the risks involved. The folks here are experienced, knowledgeable, and they know how to talk to their clients. I am just starting to learn about the exempt market, in working with any investment company I wanted to work with one that was trustworthy and with people who would explain things to me and guild me along the way. Between Yvonneâ€™s strong client relationship skills, Henry as the CEO, Elaine preparing the forms and the courteousness I received at reception, itâ€™s been a very positive experience.
