Not a very welcoming branch to walk into and when I spoke with the manager it was quite the experience. I avoid this branch when dealing with tellers and just do my banking with the ATM as it's less of a hassle and more welcoming.

The best RBC branch. The staff was very cooperative & polite; which is a very rare thing now a days.

Last time ive been to this branch it was 4 years ago and i said to myself i will never come back here again . today i made same mistake i visit this branch. how can tellers refuse to give you a 1000$ when funds are not on hold when you prove them your identity with couple of id's And you still get refused . whole procedure in that branch today took 40 min that made me miss a really important meeting . Did anybody hear about e-transfers that go on hold ? I know sometimes it can be blocked but not the hold . after all this happened i went to a different branch to ask an advise from a manager . he said its unbelievable when you have money on the account and its free of hold that you would have troubles getting it from a teller. After he reviewed my account info , he told me that im welcome to go get it from his branch tellers (i had to go to teller because ATM limit was reached today) On top of that teller that served me today was really sick . anybody wants to go to branch and catch flu ? If yes go to dufferin steeles you have big chances to ruin your mood screw your schedule and get flu . Complete nonsense mixed with rude attitude I wish that RBC reads this and do something to this branch it ruins the reputation of the bank
