Dawn is absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to answer all our questions and put us at ease with the entire mortgage experience. She's taken what can be a very stressful experience and made it very smooth. She love to go to bat for her clients! Her whole team is top notch!

Dawn was amazing! Going in my husband and I thought we knew a lot but there was so much more she taught us. She is so knowledgeable and broke everything down as simple as it could get for us. We walked away feeling so much more confident then what we were before we walked in there. We are so happy to be working with her!

My experience with the Symington team started about two years ago when my husband and I were buying our first home. Our situation was more complex than most. We met with Dawn and found out that we could not get a mortgage at that time because of some requirements that we couldn't meet. During our consultation with Dawn I mentioned a home that I saw on her social media site, she was familiar with the agent and called him immediately. After speaking with the agent he told us that we could possibly do a land contract for a few years until we could get the home put in our name. Two years later here we are working with Dawn and her team to buy the house from the original owners. Dawn and her team are amazing!!! Every morning I look forward to getting my updates and any information that I may need to gather through the process. I have loved working with Betty, Dana, and Dawn and would highly recommend them even with the most complex situations they find a way that works for everyone. Thank you again Symington team and Mortgage One for making my process an easy and enjoyable one!!!!
