I first got an account with RBC when I was 16 and I’m almost 30 now. I’ve never had any issues and I’ve always felt that the staff work well with the clients. I can name many examples of when RBC went above and beyond, but today they really saved the day. Valerie was amazing and helpful with my husband and we both really appreciate her professionalism and effort. I’ve gone in and talked to them many times during the past 15 years and they never once made me feel dumb or poor or any less of a valued customer no matter the circumstances, and looking back it probably wasn’t easy to explain banking to a teenager and have to deal with what were probably obvious questions at the time, but they were always friendly, patient, and helpful. Furthermore, there’s hardly any lines and the tellers regularly suggest money-saving tips while doing banking. The online banking is super easy too.

Apparently pointing a gun at the people in the booth while you make a transaction is "illegal". should have made it more clear. smh. also, why is it listed here as "rbc royal bank"? it should just be royal bank of canada, not royal bank of canada royal bank.

Being a new customer, I had three amazing experiences with RBC. Two were from the customer care centre, which is a miracle because most FI call centres are garbage, and the third was from your advisor, Carla. Was so well prepared.
