I've known Rob for about 10 years now, and he is one of the most helpful people I know. As a professional, he knows his business inside and out, and is more than willing to help clients in any way that he can. Personally I wouldn't choose another mortgage broker and will happily recommend him to anyone who is looking for one.

Mr. Sadiq Boodoo was referred to me by a very close friend recently, because I was in the market for a mortgage renewal, due to the fact that my first 5 year term had come due. I have always liked dealing with a broker, because I beleive that they get you the best deal. After dealing with Sadiq, this ideal was was more than reaffirmed. Sadiq was able to get me exactly what I wanted and did not just give me the lowest mortgage rate possible, in order to get me into any available product. We discussed my needs and financial goals and Sadiq was able to utilize his extensive financial background and many years of knowledge and experience in the banking industry to guide me into the best mortgage vehicle that would suit those goals, most appropriately. On top of this, Sadiq was a pleasure to deal with in business. Speaking as someone who doesn't have extensive knowledge of the financial industry, Sadiq made me feel as if a close friend was taking care of my business and I knew right from the minute I walked in, that I was in good hands.
