I cannot thank Jamey, Matthew, Wayne and the amazing team at GBK Financial enough. They provided my mom and I with excellent financial service when dealing with our mortgage situations. They listen, came up with different solutions, took the time and effort to give us the opportunity to work out our mortgage needs with much success. True Professionals! hard working, caring and friendly. GBK Financial treat their clients as top priority with great respect and get the job done. Highly Recommended! Simply the best Company. We wish you all continuous success. You deserve it.

GBK and specifically Tim was recommended to me from a friend when I needed advice about financing for a reno. After talking to other brokers and financial experts it was Tim who was very straight forward and honest about telling me that what I was proposing was probably not a great idea. I just wish I had have talked to them sooner. It was an easy decision to go with GBK once we sold our house and bought a new one. They were very proactive with collecting all the documents needed before signing. There were no surprises and the whole process was great. He even managed to secure us a lower rate about a week before we closed. I highly recommend this whole team for any of your financial needs.

First I want to thank every single member of the GBK Team for their care, consideration and the way they make you feel as though you are part of their family. This team was recommended to me and I am so thankful they were, with in no time they helped to get me in the right direction and back on track. If anyone does or has asked me if I know any Mortgage companies, I don't even let them finish their sentence before saying GBK Financial. Thank you to the whole team for making your clients feel like part of the family. Looking to get a mortgage for the first, second or renewing, contact GBK Financial. One happy Client!!!!!! Brandi

The team at GBK are great! Jason, one of the associates sat down with me for an hour and showed me how to use the online application My Mortgage, and went over everything you can do with the software. I was impressed with the flexible options it provides to pay towards your mortgage. Its great to know that there are brokers out there that take the time from their day to help their clients. They also gave me a gift card after my appointment! Great service, and good rates. I highly recommend the gang at GBK Financial. Thanks Jason, D. Goode

We needed a new front step and driveway for our home. We just finished a consumer proposal. Everyone at GBK not only understood our situation and wanting to protect our investment, they helped secure our second mortgage to better our investment. They made us feel welcome and explained our options professionally, and in a way that made us comfortable. Thank-you all at GBK Financial!
