My partner and I have been more than satisfied with Andrew’s services. He has always been an email, text, or phone call away if I have any questions. I have been working with Andrew for more than 12 years and he is always able to find, and secure, a competitive mortgage rate. He explains the process thoroughly, and in a way that we understand - this is invaluable. We appreciate Andrew and all that he has done in helping us navigate the mortgage world!

Andrew is so caring and kind no matter the situation. He works hard and keeps you up-to-date at every step of the process. I feel safe in Andrew's hands and I can trust I have a mortgage broker who has integrity and who provides quality service. Andrew is accessible and patient. I'll be recommending Andrew Thake to everyone I know. You can even 'hear' his smile over the phone :)

Andrew has been more than helpful over the last few years. He had helped us set up our original mortgage and recently walked us through the renewal process, finding the best rate and always answering our (millions of) questions. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time on the phone, email, and met in person in order to meet our needs. We would recommend his services to anyone wishing to find, renew or refinance their mortgage. He is quick to respond, meet deadlines, and we always felt like we, and our finances, were in good hands!

Andrew took care of my partner and I when searching for competitive mortgage rates in the market. We knew we were in good hands based on the active communication he provided and the thorough explanations of each step through the process. We ended up with a rate on our mortgage that beat our expectations and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Andrew was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer the whole process seemed a little intimidating to me, however Andrew went above and beyond to answer any questions we had (in a very timely manner might I add). He guided my fiance and I through the entire process from start to finish and was supportive and encouraging when we had offers fall through. We never doubted that he had our best interest at heart and we were thrilled with the rate that we got! He's personable, approachable and extremely knowledgeable - he's the real deal. Highly recommend!
