I've been dealing with intelliMortgage (basically Rob, Melanie, and their fantastic staff) for over a decade now. The level of service, support, and success in getting me the best mortgage products to suit my changing needs is second to none! I have complete confidence in recommending them to anyone I know looking for a mortgage.

I appreciate anything and everything intelliMortgage team have done together to help me keep my properties. They gave me peace of mind. I am so thankful that I came to them. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a Mortgage and know it will get done. Leslie Blais, She is so Great! - I wanted to let her know how much I appreciate her hard work and 'stick-to-it'ness! Thanks also to Melanie for her awesome service and for always keeping in touch throughout the process. It's been a pleasure.

Have just closed a mortgage with them. Simple they have the best services! They provide very helpful information and you can shop the rates by yourself instead of depending on traditional broker agents.

Great experience using IntelliMortgage. Leslie was great and responded quickly to my questions. I never felt pressured throughout the process, compared to mortgage brokers or banks. Best of all, I got the best rate I could find!

We had an amazing mortgage broker named Tanis. If you ever chose to go with B2B ask for her. She is outstanding. They have great customer service and get back to you very quickly. They have great business hours as well so it's always so easy to communicate. Just be ready to provide A LOT of paper work. They do ask for a letter of employment and then they want a telephone confirmation of employment as well. Heads up if you're a teacher for the French board... send everything you ever got in relation to your pay! We have a complicated salary;)
