In debt due to student loans, can't find a job in my field because I have no mode of transportation besides my bike, employers aren't fond of it. Student loans start coming out, over draft charges of 65 bucks for every time a student loan comes out. ( They try again if it bounces so that's an easy 130 bucks in two days because there was no money in my account. ) I am now in debt to the bank, the student loan agency, and I am screaming trying to dig out of this hole. Specially when all I want to do is making something with my future. This bank and this future we created for my generation is a giant sham. The manager said if I can manage to pay off one of the over draft charges the other would be covered. I was lied too. Once I pay it all off, I am closing my account with them and never returning.

If I could give this bank negative 5 stars i would. I have had nothing but trouble from the moment I moved to this bank two years ago. The hours are brutal. The staff is moody at best and have no clue as to what they are doing! I asked for a bank draft once, only to find out it wasn't for my account! I've called the after hours help with a missing deposit and only got the run around and to this date no one has returned my call, its been almost a year! They had given me a debit card on my first day, I've had two replacement cards because it doesnt work anywhere, i still can't use my debit card. And finally today I've had it, I went to do my taxes only to find out that I owe money. Apparently, when I went to the bank to pay back a government discrepancy the "agent" that was working at the bank sent it to the wrong place. I could tell she was unsure what she was doing so I asked her to check with someone else, she did and assured me it was taken care of. A couple months later I receive a letter in the mail that I still have not paid my debt, I called and someone else was supposed to take care of things, I waited two weeks for a phone call back, and I was promised that things were finally settled with the government. BULLCRAP. Don't join this "family".

They have always been friendly and efficient. They do banking different with no lines. Always made it easy for loans and mortgages because when your a member for a while they go by your past history with them. Great bank.

This bank is always fixing the Lasalle locations mistakes. I honestly can’t see why they have a lower rating. Sure the hours arn’t the greatest and the wait is long but it’s a prime location that’s going to happen. Overall I love this location and it’s the only reason why I havnt left WFCU.

It seems that everytime I go to this branch, which is rarely thankfully, they manage to screw up simple banking by either paying into the wrong account, accessing the wrong accounts all together, etc. Have had nothing but problems and it seems the employee's do not have the proper training to handle basic banking.
