Doing business with Steve is an enjoyable experience. With his honesty, professionalism and knowledge, getting my first mortgage when I had been in Canada as an immigrant for only one year was so smooth I couldn't believe it! I would recommend Steve to anyone shopping around for mortgage. Doing business with him was a serendipitous event for me, but you don't have to rely on luck; I am telling you he has your best interest in mind. Just believe in Steve :)

We have known Steve Bourne since 2009 when we bought our house. Since then he has always been willing to help us when we were getting closer to mortgage renewal. His advices were friendly and in our favour and he was not just trying to sell us mortgage. His priority is always to look for mortgage which is best for us. Because of this we would always rely on him, having trust in his abilities as a mortgage broker and his good ethics above all.

I have worked with Steve on two occasions now and could not be happier. Steve took the time to explain all pertinent details to me and answered everyone of my questions in detail and terms easy to understand. I highly recommend his services.

I worked with Steve for my first home purchase, and through his strong business knowledge and personalized approach, Steve made a very stressful and complicated process quite manageable. As well as feeling I was receiving great customer service from an industry expert, I also secured an excellent rate through Steve's diligence. I will definitely return to Steve for all my future mortgage needs or inquiries, and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of mortgage services.
