I have worked with MCF and Andrea Schubert for many years now and find them to be a highly efficient and quality MIC lender. In reading some of the below comments it is clear that some clients were not properly advised as to how partnering with this type of lender works and the various costs involved. MCF serves as a very integral part of the mortgage community for clients who otherwise would not be financeable. That risk comes with added cost. As long as that cost is understood and disclosed, up-front there should be no surprises. Thank you MCF for your ongoing work in the alternate space!

I really like how the only people who have anything good to say about this awful company are the ones benefiting from the terrible treatment the borrowers get. Obviously these brokers are in it for a quick buck and if they truly wanted your business again they wouldn’t bring you here, as you won’t have anything left after these vultures pick you clean. Any of the borrower reviews that haven’t been deleted by Google are not good. No way these crooks have a 4 star rating from borrowers! Only from the brokers sharing the profits leading people to their demise. Don’t buy it or sell it before you have to borrow here!

I've recently completed my first deal with MCF. They were able to turn around a somewhat complicated file within a short time frame and were very competitive on rates/fee's. The best part was working with Andrea Schubert – absolutely amazing to work with. She always replied to emails/returned phone calls and was extremely efficient. She is by far one of the best underwriter’s I’ve worked with and I look forward to working with MCF/Andrea again in the near future

As a Mortgage agent, Andrea & Chad were top notch and worked with the client & I all throughout the file. The team at MCF was always available when needed. They addressed all of our questions and concerns throughout the life span of the file and they made sure the file closed on time. I would recommend any mortgage professional to work with MCF if they can.
