Ryan is a great guy and a superb mortgage broker. He got me an amazing deal and has gone the extra mile. I was able to ask him for advice on difficult decisions and he was always willing to listen and help. He was very professional and got me way better results than I could ever produce on my own. I have been a client of Ryan's for the past 4 years. He is hands down the best Broker that i have ever dealt with. I am self employed and as such it is more difficult to deal with the banks for financing. Ryan gets the job done, he is extremely efficient. I have dealt with many brokers over the span of the past 10 years, one of which made a mess of my last mortgage application. Ryan cleaned it up, he has many bank contacts that he has built relationships with. I simply cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and dedication that he displays. As first time home buyers my wife and I didn't know very much about the mortgage process. We went somewhere else initially and experienced nightmare after nightmare for 3 weeks all while getting closer and closer to our closing date without having our mortgage approved. We ended up being referred to Ryan (with only a week until close) and he handled our situation with complete ease. We met with him at his beautiful downtown office and within two days he had our mortgage approved at a fantastic interest rate with a top tier bank and all the documents sent over to the lawyer. From the very beginning he was extremely friendly, professional, and honest. He explained all the details of our situation and step by step how the mortgage process is supposed to work. Even though our situation was very rushed and, frankly, very nerve-racking for us Ryan was always calm and efficient. He has a very strong background in finance and his experience level was clear from step one. My only regret in the entire home buying process was that I didn't go to Ryan from the beginning. Don't make the same mistake!
