I have been with rbc few years. Most of the time they are ok. But more on days that they know they are going to get hit with people on ow and I so and they are never ready. I have to stand in line over a hour some times just to cash my pay check. They should do something about that. Like give them there own till. I don’t have all day to stand here and get my pay. It’s the only bank near me. So have no choice but to have to come to this bank. Need to get their ducks in order that’s for sure

I didn’t want to be weird and record the people behind me but there are exactly 20 people in line right now including myself and 1 or 2 reps working as tellers at any given moment. I’m not lying check the security cameras, this location is a joke!

While rbc usually offers a great experience elsewhere, avoid this branch at all costs. Exceptionally bad experience - long lines + unprofessional staff, inappropriately paternalistic and have no respect for client's time.
