Online program SUCKS. I have made multiple complaints when I take time to call the store I want to talk to a person not a god damn computer. CLEARLY client complaints don't matter - switching banks as soon as I get a chance

I asked about setting up an account to be able to pay off US bills through my RBC account and they led me to believe a US Personal Account was the way to go. It turns out that did not help at all and what I needed was to be set up with an RBC Bank (Georgia) account so in the end I just paid money for checks and a monthly fee for no reason. I felt that the person "helping" me really didn't care about my situation and was just trying to push a service on to me without listening to why I needed it. I got help from other RBC employees on the phone so overall I have a good experience with the RBC, but just not this specific person at this branch.

The night deposit box is broken on an almost weekly basis, sometimes for days at a time resulting in me or other staff having to take time off work the following day to bring it into the bank and stand in line with it. The staff will ignore you when they aren't busy and frequently seem to not know what they're doing. It once took 3 staff members 20 minutes to make me change!

This is regarding the business service division which I felt they lack focus & follow up, they assigned me a rep to take care of my business & they guy was a disaster, he doesn't check his emails nor replies his phone or Voice messages, I even visited the branch to check if he is still hired by them, & despite my complaints they did not assign me to some one else. I did close my personal account with RBC before & planning to close the business account as well !
