Great People To Work With :) Huge shout out to Erica for demonstrating great leadership qualities. Teamed up with other professionally knitted officials, specially Celeste Taylor (Financial Services) who always greets RBC clients in a nice and gentle manner, understands their financial needs and serves their purpose big time. 5* Service Daisy and Steph (behind the wicket) are superb. They have made our lives simple easy and convenient. Please pay a visit to the branch and you will get to know as why this branch is so special. 10/10 SYED :)

Rude and obnoxious experience with teller. Instead of educating me on my if ignorance she made me feel extremely little. Not a great way to do business.

All branch in Milton, have the same days opening late hours. What's the point of doing that? Clients needs branch available for longer hours for the whole week. Please arrange different days of late hours (open until 8pm) between branches. For example: -Milton mall branch = Wed & Thursday -Bronte branch = Mon & Tuesday. -Steeles branch = Tues & Friday. That way RBC can give more service to clients having late hours for the whole week. This should be no brainer for RBC as the branch has to open late hours for 2 days in a week anyway. Why not thinking about BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE? Someone inside RBC can get promoted by bringing this idea to the company.
