I would never again try to get a loan from quicken loans. We are so stressed out because of them our closing is in 10 days and they are not letting us know anything about our loan. If we email or call them they tell us that we need to send them the same paperwork again and again. They took our $500 for the appraisal and they kept on making the price higher and higher. Me and my family are fed up of this and honestly we had a better deal from another company but we thought that we would give a try on this company. They say that the loans are quick and with less paperwork but if you ask me that's a lie I had to start the paper work ever since the end of 2017 till now and still are. The costumer service is horrible I don't know why they are harassing us so much.

I recently spoke to an agent regarding refinancing my home mortgage. I told him that I was working to repair my credit score and I didn't want a hard-pull unless they had a more affordable option lined up for me. I recently leased a car, so I told them exactly what my score was from that transaction. After speaking with his Manager, he told me that they had a more affordable plan for me based on that score. After doing a hard-pull on my credit, they told me that despite my credit score being exactly what I told them it was, they did not have a plan for me and there was nothing they could do. So Quicken Loans literally stole money from me by damaging my credit for no reason (despite telling me they could get me in a better rate before the pull). Now I have to wait an additional month or two (beyond the original time frame) to repair my credit to a level that will get me refinanced. I will NEVER call Quicken Loans again, and you shouldn't either.

Great mortgage experience. Adam Schaterle is a grat agent, very flexible and always ready to help if help is needed. We loved the experience with Quicken Loans and their rates were competitive.

If I could give these scamers a negative ratings I would give them a big -5. My house payments have jumped up three different times. We called to. Refinance and they would not do it because we were late a few time. I encourage anyone thinking about dealing with quicken loans.to stop go check out a different place. HALL FINancial would be a better bet
