This is by far the worst bank in Windsor. I can't even believe my experience there every single time I go in. The branch manager was rude and not properly informed on our business account. When I asked to speak to the Branch Manager, she sent someone else to talk to me instead. Every time i go in they say they can't do something that our company has been doing for months. We are flexible, but every time is a different answer. The staff is often chatting and not trying to get customers out the door fast enough. If you go to this bank, make sure you're prepared to stand in a long line. I am seriously thinking about moving our very business accounts to another bank. HAD IT!

I would recommend double checking everything that is done at this bank. The short version of my experience is my cheque was deposited incorrectly by the teller. Horrible communication and customer service. I had to go to another RBC to get them to help direct me to some answers.
