As a first time buyer, the thought of getting a mortgage was daunting to say the least. I met Tom Knee from Alexander Hall, who went through the numbers and process with me in a very professional manner and explained everything in way which was understandable. He was great from start to end, he was always readily available and has the patience of a saint, having to deal with my numerous calls and emails. He was happy to help and very knowledgeable, which filled me with great confidence. I would highly recommend their services. I am grateful for Tom's support and professionalism, I am now on the property ladder, thanks to you. I would definitely use them again!!!

I recently received a mortgage offer through Alexander Hall. Harry Toor who assisted me through the process from the beginning to the very end has been an absolute star. As a first time buyer I had very little knowledge of the processes involved, however Harry guided me through the process in an initial face to face consultation which was very informative, he was also very happy to answer subsequent questions that I had and even hold a second consultation for my partner. Harry was super fast in being able to obtain a mortgage in principle the same day as the consultation. Harry was always prompt with keeping me informed. All in all I am very happy with the service I have received from Harry as I was able.to gain access to the best rates possible. I would definitely recommend AH as I will most definitely be using Harry's services in the future. A big thank You!

Fantastic service and turnaround time with particular focus on customer service and delivering the best deals. My advisor Yasar Ahmad (absolute star) did both my first mortgage and remortgage and as always, ensured I received the best deal and oversaw the whole process. Have referred him to many friends and would always go back to him.
