My most sincere thanks go out to Jack Flynn and the SPF team who supported us on our recent house purchase. It was an extremely complex structuring that was only made possible through their market knowledge and connectivity, combined with sheer determination to get the best possible deal for us. it was a long process but they always proved responsive and available to provide guidance on not just our mortgages but insurance and protection options as well. During the final exchange and completions phase, Jack went far beyond what would normally be considered a broker's responsibility - liaising with solicitors, developers and estate agents to ensure we closed the deal within tight timeframes. We couldn't be happier with their service and look forward to working with them again in future.
