My recent experience with L&C mortgages has been incredibly remarkable. I was looking for a reputable mortgage firm with offices in London and beyond to participate in my research. David Hollingworth from Bath office warmly welcome me and arranged data collection from a team of experienced mortgage brokers across London and Bath offices without any hesitation. I am very thankful to David and his colleagues for their contribution to my research.

David Farhi was very helpful and made the process straight forward and was very communicative and kept in the loop all the way. He was always at the end of the phone and responded to every email. When it looked like I was not going to complete on the agreed date, I was not able to hold of my case worker, He arranged an extension with the lenders. He did all the work and I didn’t need a case worker that I was never able to get hold of anyway... thank you David

We regret the time that we decided to apply mortgage with L&C. If possible we would have given negative points. On first place they gave as wrong estimates on the mortgage amount and they even could not help as with half of that amount they estimated. We have wasted almost 5 months and almost 700£ trusting them and lost our dream property.our mortgage was rejected due to their inefficiency in presenting our documents and situation properly. They also assured they have insurance 1000£ in the case of any failure however when the time came they just offered 100£. Shame on them. Pathetic . It would have been better they just stopped with apologies rather than offering 100£.

I don't want to assign any star as the customer journey experience has been very disappointed -- but then it will not allow me to share my experience with you all. After the property surveyed by the bank and all near proceedings completed, my mortgage was declined and I have not been given any reason either by bank or L&C. When I contacted bank I was asked to contact L&C as the application was made by themselves and they will be happy to disclose all the information and L&C have told me that bank is not disclosing any information as they reserve the right not to. In this age of GDPR (article 5) act it is very hard to believe. After through the process of six weeks they have now my bank statements, NI Number, CC details, pay slips etc....... and I have been told they have not been given any information by the bank. I am only vouching for my experience and hope that none of you have to go through the same journey only to be told on the day when you are expecting your AIP that it has been declined for "Not to be Disclosed reasons".

Robyn & David were extremely helpful and answered all my questions in depth, and in terms which I could easily understand. They helped me feel more at ease with the whole process and were very friendly informative. Quick and easy to do and they send the information over in minutes! Recommend!
