I was looking to borrow a relatively large amount on my new purchase. I spoke with another broker that was quoted in the Telegraph as being a specialist in large mortgages. However, the options they presented to me were pretty poor and didn't really fit with what I was looking to do. I then found Summit Capital Mortgages and they provided me with a fantastic mortgage offer through a small private bank, I hadn't come across before. The mortgage is now completed and I will definitely look to use Summit Capital Mortgages again in the future.

One of the more honest mortgage guys I know. And he can get creative too. Highly recommended.

Michael is one of the most knowledgable mortgage brokers we know. As a family who has moved a few times in the past few years we know about the bad advice which can be given from time to time in this industry. Cheers Mike, and thanks for finding us the best deal on the market.

I am a little older than the average person who 'remortages'. The banks told me it couldnt be done. I had to look elsewhere. Here I am with Mike. He is second to none, and I have my solution. WOW!

I used Mike in Early 2012 to get the best remortgage rate for my terraced house in Brighton... He has access to a number of products and facilities which I wasnt even aware of. I would recommend using him anytime over banks and other financial institutions any day. Thanks Mike!
