I've never applied for a mortgage before, and the endless comparison sites, fine-print, and conflicting services were a headache before I began. Should I get a mortgage broker and pay £500? Should I just strike out and go with the nearest bank? Then I hard about Trussle on Radio 4, tried it out and it's been amazing. For starters, the interface is very well designed. You sign up and answer questions about your planned purchase. These questions are clear and easy to answer, unlike the market comparison sites. Once you're done, one of the team calls you and makes sure all the answers are complete, and your questions are answered. Documents are uploaded to the service easily, and the history of your account od kept online for you to check in on if needed. Over the course of the mortgage process, the team keeps in contact - often doing a far better job of keeping you up to date than the mortgage provider or the estate agent themselves! And they stay on the ball effortlessly, not needing prods and follow-ups like solicitors, mortgage providers or estate agents do. Also, they maintain your account information properly, meaning they don't keep asking you the same questions over and over, like everyone else in the process does. The whole process took maybe 5 weeks in total, including the home valuation and background checks that organizations have to perform. And the kicker? The service is entirely free! I would never use another method of getting a mortgage, these guys are simply the best.

I was dealt with efficiently from the outset and given a choice of potential lenders without having to trawl through multiple sites. Once my lender was selected there were a few subsequent issues with documentation and the total amount that could be borrowed. However Joe and Giacomo provided suitable advice at every stage and helped move things forward to a successful completion. I've already recommended Trussle to other friends looking for a new mortgage deal.

An efficient and fuss free route to sourcing your next mortgage...! Going through a mortgage process can be quite daunting and time consuming, however I successfully managed to complete my full application to approval within three weeks of speaking with Trussle. The process was mostly conducted online by using the Trussle website, which is very easy to understand and navigate. Ryan, a Senior Mortgage advisor was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our individual circumstances and future plans before presenting us with the best recommendation, with appropriate reasoning and an explanation of why this particular deal would be suitable for us. Maryam kept us updated every step of the way. I am incredibly impressed with this service and would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and fuss free route to sourcing your next mortgage. A huge thank you to Trussle and the team!

We recently used Trussle to purchase our first home and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received! Daniel & Jeyda made the whole process simple and stress free - as 2 people in their early 20's we've never been too clued up on mortgages, but something that we thought would be really daunting and confusing turned out to be a walk in the park! All we had to do was inform Daniel of a few personal details along with income & outgoings and he took it from there. 5***

Great experience throughout! Highly recommend Trussle. The Trussle team were professional throughout. Very informative and went to great lengths to find the best possible mortgage to suit my needs. Couldn't have asked for a better service especially given that I was a first time buyer with very little understanding of what to expect.
