Had an appointment but was waiting for 20 min without any notice. But if you are upset and want to switch to another bank, they will treat you like a king. Good thing is you can get a good deal of your investment. Tellers are very professional. Parking is convenient.

This branch has the worst customer service you can imagine. It has happened to me every time I go, useless manager, staff can barely understand and speak English. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different branch.

Had to come by to pick up some currency for my upcoming vacation to USA. There was a big line up as I expected from it being a big branch. As the line grew, the employees noticed and opened up more teller stations to help clients save time. It was my turn in line and the employee apologized for the wait and we proceeded to do business. She was friendly and engaging, and I had excellent and efficient service from her. All in all, great branch and friendly employees.

Some of the bank tellers are VERY rude. They need to learn some soft skills.
