A bit overdue as my partner and I closed on our home in August 2017 but better late than never. Amrit was amazing and really took the time to explain everything to us. We were first-time home buyers with many questions and in a complex employment situation. He handled everything professionally and really came through for us, securing us with an excellent rate. Both he and his assistant Sara keep the channels of communication open at all times. You can even submit and sign documents securely without having to physically be there. As I was living out of town at the time, this was a major advantage to me as I didn't have to drive 2 h each and every time. I couldn't say enough nice things about Amrit and I will definitely go back to him in the future. Seriously, he's the best, don't bother wasting your time with other mortgage brokers.

Amrit found exactly what we needed and what we were willing to pay for a mortgage which was lower than what we had tried to get from the bank we had been with for over 5 years. His contacts for a real estate lawyer was priced well and they were efficient and even met with us over the holidays to get the deadline we wanted. Amrit followed up with us after to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience and will highly recommend him.

Amrit was recommended by a trusted friend of mine who said that if you want a hassle free service and a professional broker then Amrit is the guy. Now I would say the same based on my own experience working with him which was splendid. He was always available to answer all the questions, he took time to explain every step of mortgage process. Basically he took care of everything and that is what I was looking for. I would definitely go to him for my next mortgage and you will not regret if you do the same. Thank you Amrit.

Looking for a Mortgage Broker that will calm your First-Time Home Buyer nerves? Then you MUST sit down and talk with Amrit Bains. I was so nervous and felt very LOST going into this process but Amrit broke down all the details of what I needed to do and what I need to think about. Once my first meeting was done, I sat in my car and exhaled. He took the fear and stress out. Which left me very empowered! Paper work and documents were explained. All my questions were answered promptly via email and/ or phone calls. His follow up was amazing! Honestly, I could not have had a better client experience with Amrits Bains. He was professional and courteous through out my entire journey. Very thankful that I found him and can’t wait to grow my real estate portfolio with Amrit Bains! Sincerely Impressed, Patrick Davis
