Do not work hard for you any longer

Michelle Boutin should not be employed at Paradigm in our opinion. She is lazy , stand off-ish and after multiple emails and calls never returned a phone call . Paradigm was the best lender for us since 2009 and now once they have your business they do not value you as a client .

Great Company and love speaking with their customer service persons. They really take the time to listen, resolve any concerns, provide in-depth services, advise and alternatively other options. The Service adviser was patient. attentive, and it felt as though I was speaking to a family member who cares.

I have been a long time client with Paradigm. Frankly, never had any issues with this provider, and always got a good rate. What I would not mind to see is an online access for clients. Calling or emailing them to get your balance or to initiate an additional prepayment is somewhat a hassle, it would have been way easier with an online access.
