if you are considering using a mortgage broker, THINK TWICE. i had the worst experience using this organization from the management to the brokers. i thought i was being smart paying for someone to manage me through the process of obtaining and assuming a mortgage, only to have it end up costing me $$$$ in extra legal fees and delay claims for not closing on time. i should have just done it myself and gone directly to various banks to get it sorted. clearly their expertise was lost on me.
