My son purchased his first condo and was really nervous about the whole process. With CanWise's professional and knowledgeable staff, they made the whole process very easy. They kept my son informed every step of the way and at no time did my son feel stressed. They got my son the best interest rate which saved him a lot of money. I would definitely recommend CanWise to any family or friends and would suggest to anyone to consider CanWise over any of the big banks

I had an excellent experience setting up my mortgage with Raymond Munier at CanWise Financial. My mortgage transfer was a little more complicated than usual because I was transferring out of a collateral mortgage, but when I explained to Raymond what I was looking for he immediately understood and was able to provide me with great mortgage rates. He was very responsive throughout the process and everything was completed smoothly and on time. Furthermore, every time I called CanWise Financial I was always greeted by courteous representatives who put my phone calls through to Raymond or took messages. Overall great customer service from CanWise Financial and I will be going back to Raymond for future mortgage transactions.

Fantastic all around. This was my first mortgage application. Bryan was my point of contact and helped me through every step of the process. Extremely professional, service levels were high and the rate they secured for me was much lower than I was able to negotiate with my home bank, as well as several other lenders. Definitely recommend using them.

I had the pleasure to work with Spiro Boseovski. He is an outstanding professional and very competent and knowledgeable at what he does. This is my first time going through the mortgage process and Spiro was able to patiently explain to me all of my options, the reasoning behind each step along the way and wholeheartedly helped to choose the best option. When I had various requests, Spiro really helped me to negotiate for better deal. All throughout this process, Spiro was prompt and very communicative. I only had a week time to turn around my mortgage application in order to waive my condition, Spiro was able to complete my request and get me the perfect deal even on such a short notice. It is the least to say that I am extremely pleased with Spiro and the outcome. I will certainly refer him to all my friends and family.
