I had a great experience with monster mortgage. Last year when I was buying my first condo I was finding it hard to get a mortgage broker on the phone, called here and Frankie answered, he made time available for me the day after to do the paper work and within the week I had a mortgage. Great experience with them, they also got me a better rate then my bank was offering.

I was very happy to get a mortgage through monster mortgage. Felt very comfortable, and not shady like the bank.

Cindy YANG.....Best Mortgage broker I have ever dealt with, quick responsive, answers in minutes, not days. Will never ever look elsewhere again for my mortgage needs.

They lead you to believe you are going to deal with a top notch agent, then turn you over to a fool. If you are a women they want your husbands information even though you have told them time and again you have been divorced for over 20 years. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE MORONS.

An absolute nightmare. I'm now 5 months past my mortgage signing and the idiocy continues. Run, do not walk away from these hacks.
