Been going to this branch for work for about 5 years now and have never had a bad thing to say about them. Great staff, very friendly & professional. I looked at changing all my personal banking to them because of the great people behind the counter but that did not happen for other reasons. Always look forward to going there for my work deposits. See you all soon!

I've just moved back to the Royal Bank from TD Canada Trust due to the fact that the Royal Bank in my opinion cares more about their customers and have much better monthly charges not to mention that even though the branch on Lundys Lane is smaller than TD you can still get a wheelchair or if you walk with an aide in this branch without people bumping into you or knocking you over and they've got a desk for the elderly and disabled people to do their banking and they make you feel welcome and like you matter not just an inconvenience for them

Overall ok branch, just a lady on counter is very rude, never greets/smiles/thanks it's also hard to understand what she says sometime.

Was greeted by all morning staff at 9:26am, they announced they were opening doors 4mins early for us. I was 4th in line and up next to do business at the far left teller with lady named Rita. No smile and not very pleasant. I informed her I'll be depositing money into a account and provided the info. She started typing away and asked her if the name matches the name i told her to be certain its the correct account, she snarls back "wait i haven't gotten that far, are you not with rbc" i replied no. She looked at me as if i had 3 heads and went on saying "you should be, then you wouldn't have to wait in line and provide all this information" coming across like i was creating more work for her rather then me. She never smiled once at me, never made eye contact and just had this mean snippy attitude the entire time. And this is just the start of her day.....good luck to the afternoon customers!!!
