I was to withdraw some serious money that day. However, the staff are COUNTING FIVE DIGITAL MONEY in OPEN OFFICE AREA, before every people in the waiting line, and super transparency glass walls. declaring clear signal that this people is running with cash. Not only do they count money that open, the counting maching failed multiple time and dramatically, some money flied to the floor. After we keep failing counting money for about 5 minutes(machine jam), I decided to not withdraw money this day. and it is time to get to another bank. bad office layout, bad counting machine & not that thoughtful staff. Bye RBC.

I have been going to the Royal Bank every week day for the past 20 years for my employer to do the bank deposit . Since the renovation ....It now has the worst service ever !...They have closed the business teller section (where I used to get great service from Patty and Brenda !)You have to wait in long line ups to get change...God forbid if you have a problem !!! ...While you are in line you can't help but overhear all the needless chatting between employees and customers ...They are understaffed ! After waiting in line you finally reach the tellers table, then they have to leave that post to retrieve your money from another area !..Very inefficient !...I would never recommend this bank... Its unfortunate for me that my employer banks here ! BRING BACK THE BUSINESS WICKET !!!!!

I have never had an issue with this branch. I've always received great customer service that would be expected from an RBC location.

The slowest service I have had in any bank...3 people working...10 people in line....one teller was tied up for half an hour with her customer which left 2... then one decides to close down...waited 45 minutes in total to get served. Bad customer service...someone needs to take note here.

This is the slowest and busiest branch I’ve ever been to. There were 9 people in front of me when I walked in and only 3 tellers were working. Two of them had been working for the same clients for like 10 mins. So only one teller could help others. When you have a busy branch, hire more people! I don’t have the whole day to wait here!
