Horrible. I went in to get some information for my investment properties, and also to withdraw some cash. There were two reps working and both of them were taking a long time with their customers which was fine. I waited for 15 minutes. Finally my turn, and one of the guy from the office popped out, and asked one of the rep to do something for him and that took another 5 min, and then!! he told this lady to go to the rep to help her out with something. What? I left without getting any service, and wasted my time. Go to RBC in Lakeshore and Trafalgar. They are always extremely pleasant to work with. Don't do your business in this location.

I am a business owner and every time i go there i am disappointed by their service. Even the manager has no idea of the rules. Many times i have been turned down for various services that other RBC branches have no problem providing. The staff is so much more efficient at Lakeshore and Hays blvd then this one. Waste of time every time i have been to this branch.I have stopped going there completely although its next to my office.

Made a business to business deposit at the teller. Experience was not pleasant at all. Time wasted and had to listen to a bunch of BS excuses before completing the transaction. No wonder I see so many 1 star review at this branch

Great Branch I've been banking here for over 15 years and very happy. Parking can be an issue though. Great service all round with full service operations.

Idk if this is the exact branch that did me dirty but ya'll bout to face my lyrical wrath nonetheless. Since I was a young boy living in one of the many war torn buildings of Bosnia, I always dreamed of owning my own home. I would often day dream of using an actual door to walk into my house instead of going through the massive hole on the side of my building. Life was hard back then, but eventually I found my way here to Canada. I remember upon stepping out of the airport and being greeted by an RBC representative. He assured me that when the time comes and I decide to get a mortgage on a house, him and his brethren would take care of me and make no attempt to swindle me. Fast forward to a few months ago, and all my hard work finally paid off when I got my mortgage approved and I set foot inside my house. I shed tears upon seeing the structurally sound house with no holes in the walls that could result in a structural collapse eventually. I looked out the window and there were no corn fields or sheep headers in sight. I knew I finally made it as far away from my old life as possible. Everything was good until my second mortgage payment when you took out a payment that I already payed for, leaving my poor chequing account struggling for dear life. I thought back to the RBC representative I met at the airport and pictured him laughing as he walked away from me, knowing he'd set me down a path of treachery and betrayal. Praise the lawd himself that I didn't need to bail any of the homies out during that week, cause word to my financial woes, that is a rare week. As was inscribed onto Moses' stone tablets "Thou must be wary of the devils deception that dwells in thine local RBC branch"
