I am so lucky to meet Radu and Silvia, who provided professional and feasible help on getting my mortgage approved. It was a great pleasure to work with Radu's team and they made tremendous efforts to facilitate and ensure a favorable deal to customers like me. I would strongly recommend to talk to Radu and have your mortgage approved under his advice and supervision. Definitely will come back if I need another mortgage or financial services in the future.

After buying our last home with Radu a few years ago, we had no hesitation in working with him again in the purchasing of our new home! And once again, he delivered with excellence and total professionalism. As this tends to be a a bit of a stressful process, we are thankful for Radu's hard work, dedication and calmness from the beginning until the end. We have absolutely no doubt that we will use Radu's services in the future and recommend him to anyone and everyone. We are truly thankful for your work Radu! Lumi & Vasile

After almost two decades of living in Canada and a quarter century of working in the banking and corporate world, I am happy to assess Centum as being at a five-out-of-five mark. The main reason resides in the competency and also in the people surrounding it - I can state this with my heart full, based on my personal experience with the Company and its owner, Radu Arvatescu. I am grateful for the way Radu approaches client and for his attention to details, as well as for the multiple options that he offers to a customer. No business is too small to get the proper attention. When you walk in, you feel a comfort and confidence that no other institution inspired me with, at any time. For all these I am happy to recommend Radu to any person seeking a mortgage related service. Mihai Cotop, Business Analyst, Thornhill
