I had a customer service advisor, Artem, who was professional, courteous and helpful regarding a question I had about a stop payment on a cheque...This was on December 4th, 2017. Not only was he helpful, but he also got a second opinion from Lara, another professional and courteous officer who has often answered our questions with ease. I would like to commend them for all their help.

This is the first time I have been back at thisbranch in over a year as we have moved to St. Catharines, I needed some paperwork completed on my way home when a RBC employee ( ELVIA ) went above and beyond in helping me ,very helpful indeed, and this is why I stay a loyal RBC customer, please thank her again for me, great job RBC

Always a line with long wait , always new tellers in training , unfriendly teller, and Juan did not return my call and then at time of appt he did not have the knowledge a head of time for my request and wasted my time as a result . He assumed the service requested could be made before actually looking into. This Rbc needs better customer service, better trained staffed and a better approach to wait times . I don’t complain ever but I had enough of issues from this bank

Not helpful in verifying documents, they treat their own customers with suspicion

Horrible. The representative was so Incompetent. After 15 min delay from appointment they finally guide us to a room. And the agent was not listening to what we were asking. Instead was trying to sell us some other products. So frustrating. And she kept asking us our names *Mt wife myself and kid). And forgets them after 2 min. So rude. It was our first time dealing with this branch and it is defenitley last time. I am moving my money to another bank.
