Working with Kim from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Do not hesitate to call Kim, she is the best, very pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. My wife and I were very pleased working with her and, as you can guess, we very highly recommend her!! If you're in the season for a mortgage renewal, don't miss out on meeting with Kim.

Kim in Mississauga was our account representative at our bank for years, and when we bought another house and learned she had moved to Champion Mortgage we immediately went to Champion so we could deal with her. Kim is so friendly, very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She explains and communicates everything very clearly, and as someone else mentioned, if a question comes up that she doesn't have an immediate answer to, she will look into it and respond back right away. We knew we would get an exceptional level of service from Kim, but Champion Mortgage was new to us and what a wonderful experience it's been. We are very happy with the mortgage rate we received for our property, particularly given the fact that it was a bit of a unique situation. We were very happy with the service we received from everyone at Champion. Cathy was super to deal with. The entire mortgage process was smooth and positive. I would recommend using a mortgage broker, specifically Champion Mortgage, to everyone. We will definitely use them again!

I worked with our broker Kim and her team at Champion Mortgage in 2016. I was impressed by their personal and attentive level of service. They worked hard to get us the mortgage we needed so we could move from our first home which was too small into a new home which we absolutely love. A year later they are STILL working with us to make sure everything is running smoothly and that our mortgage is still working appropriately for our situation. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home!

Great experience working with the team at Champion. I am very detailed oriented and they patiently answered all of my questions. If they didn't have the information right away, they found out the answer quickly and communicated it quickly. A huge difference in service level from what I was used to with the big banks. They took the time to understand our situation and recommend a product that best fit our needs. On closing, a small issue arose and they where great in dealing with it quickly and were in constant communication and resolved it quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.
