A young lady by the name of Alyssa took great care of me. She is also very kind and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service provided by her.

This bank is just rude. When I wait in line, the staff just doesn’t want to serve me. And when there’s a person behind me, someone is always “available “ for them. I feel offended. Once we booked an appointment 2 WEEKS in advance! The lady that we were supposed to have an appointment canceled it the day before. I’ve been an RBC client for 14 years now! Maybe it’s about time we switch banks. If you don’t want to serve your clients, why are you even working in the customer service industry?

I went in to this RBC branch today for a couple routine things, and the teller was the most wonderful customer service rep I have dealt with, anywhere. He helped me save money in areas I didn't even ask about, was truly kind and made my day better.

I just so tired of how little my business means to RBC. I'm not in bad shape money wise but a refinance would make like easy and why the hell would I jump through hoops for a bank that I have been with for almost 40 years now when I could jump through the same hoops at a new bank. Staying with one bank is supposed to make life simple you go back make responsible request that simplify life and you move on but if it's an ordeal why not just change bank. Good bye RBC thanks for nothing

Mortgage renewal and title transfer was a total circus, the people at the branch are completely inexperienced with what should be a typical routine. The guy at the call in mortgage center was good, and the tellers at the counter are very nice an friendly. Stay out of the offices.
