In 15 years of banking I have never had one manager sit down and actually give any effort or sympathy for me. Galina, yes this beautiful woman SAT DOWN WITH ME for AN HOUR and worked with me through and through. She cares and helped me out so fabulously that I will recommend her to all! Great job hun your fabulous!

I have dealt with financial institutions for more than 50 years, both professionally and personally, and rarely, if ever, have I encountered a more helpful, patient and supportive advisor than Galina Nikiforova. As the new financial officer of a recovering community organization, I needed the guidance and advice Galina provided in reestablishing our account, and she gave it with great generosity and kindness. Her personal interest and caring simplified the process and made us feel valued and welcome.

I was at the branch this morning and they stopped me (literally) from walking into the teller and asked me the reason for my visit. They checked something on their computer and still asked me to go to the teller. I got conflicting information from Louise and then from the teller named James. Finally, I had to get the bramch manager to come who also gave me further conflicting information. However, it was a very frustrating experience and I am never ever going to use this branch again and am seriously considering closing all my accounts with RBC. They were not helpful and I wish they knew better.

I met SARAH ROSS from the head office and Mr. Jim who came with her to discuss a situation that was going on for a long time at Royal Bank. Every time I went to Royal Bank to the teller station, JENNIFER OR ADAM were both very DIFFICULT to deal with. MARINA who was there before was not easy either. When I talked to NADA EL ROZ, the branch manager, she DENIED that there were any problems. As I talked with NADA EL ROZ, I looked at her straight in the eyes, and I did NOT see an ounce of sincerity or honesty or compassion in her eyes. When a branch manager such as NADA EL ROZ does NOT listen to a client who is telling her that there is a problem in the bank, it is SHAMEFUL to call her a manager! I had invested money in this bank for a long time, but it did not matter! NADA EL ROZ was letting the bank tellers know that it is alright to treat a client without respect and unwanted sarcasm, instead of making things better. DO YOU SEE THAT THE BRANCH MANAGER IS THE MAIN PROBLEM? Even though SARAH ROSS and Mr. Jim came all the way to Saint Catharines from Toronto to discuss this matter, both SARAH ROSS and MR. JIM were taking the side of the bank and were quite, "USELESS", instead of solving the problem! Like, "paid referees", taking the side of the bank, the head office is shameful ! Unfortunately, the only solution was to go to another bank. Going to any bank should be a pleasant experience! Go to a bank with PROPER MANAGEMENT and bank tellers and financial advisers with proper training who treat a client with respect ! Starting with NADA EL ROZ, "the branch manager", or bank tellers Adam and Jennifer, or financial advisers Jacob or Valerie, their conduct is way below satisfaction ! If people did not invest their hard earned dollars in this bank, the manager NADA EL ROZ and bank tellers and financial advisers would be out of work! INVEST in a BANK who show you they want your business! CONGRATULATIONS to NADA EL ROZ for power abuse!! AVOID this bank like you would avoid a, "POTHOLE", on the road! I am sure CLARIANA LORELLI and JEN BENSTEAD and ANKIT PATEL can understand how frustrating it is to do business with this bank ! Also the tellers are slow and try to persuade you to use on line banking! I really should realize that this bank believes that they are above all others!
