I went to this bank on Oct 11, 2017 Wednesday, at 5:30 pm -7:30 pm because 50 Centennial College students participated "Interview info session". Especially, Staff gave us warm welcomed and staff are so kind. They are encouraged and answer our question. Now, I started to apply customer service position. Bad customer service, feels like youâ€™re talking to miserable robots. Seems like it would be difficult to build a rapport with them. Just a barebones RBC location. I donâ€™t recommended this one

Front desk has helpful staff. The teller would always make sure that visitors with Bank customers always have place to sit comfortably.
