I spoke to Rasiklal and he did not want to help me at all. I needed to renew my mortgage and he refused to listen to anything I had to say. I've been with RBC for over a decade and I had to renew my mortgage so I was assuming they'd want to keep my business. All I was asking for was to match the rate I was offered from another bank. I made an appointment first thing in the morning with Rasik and showed him the comparable rate, but he said he couldn't do that for me and offered me a horrible rate, which is shocking since I have a really good credit rating. I was easily willing to switch banks, but he didn't seem to be bothered. I had to pretty much twist his arm for him to even ask his manager if they could match the mortgage rate I was being offered from another major bank. He said he'd get back to me in 3 days, but on the 4th day I had to email him asking if my rate had been approved. Shockingly I received a reply saying he didn't get a chance to ask his manager yet, but he did ask when he saw my email and he said that the manager declined my request. In the end I went to a different branch and secured a better rate I was originally asking for. I just wish I went to a different branch in the first place. I found Rasiklal to be very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Please go to a different branch when dealing with mortgages.

This bank is where I go because it is close to my home. I do my banking and investments here and the staff are courteous and helpful.

Lines are always long. There is always someone there to ask if you need help with the machine but it makes no sense because people are in line for a reason! The tellers are not that friendly and it's uncomfortable with them while you are doing your transaction with them. I go there because it's on my route but I try to go to other branches if I can.

The worst RBC location in all GTA. From 6 wickets only 1 open. Constant line of 10-15 persons. Approximate time in line 45 minutes.

The worst tellers ever. There is always line up and they don't care serving very slowly, I thought maybe they really have to but whenever there is no line up then the tellers get disappeared until again getting big line up. I think they like and enjoy to see people are waiting
