As all the reviews says. Long lines and 2 tellers to assist the people. Come on RBC, do something good for your customers. Banks are using millions of dollars of people. Then spend some of them for the betterment of your customers. I had an appointment at the embassy and I requested them to provide me extra service but what they said was just stand in line and wait and thankfully I missed the appointment Try to go to other branches if you can.

Staff needs training and most of all the manager that work in the morning needs to brush up on his people skills. Moving my business to a different bank I'm done with RBC. Wait time are too long they only have one window for business total screw up. Some days the wait time is 30 to 45 mins i don't have time to close my business and wait in line at a bank for that long.

This branch has horrible customer service and out dated systems. Save yourself some time and frustration and go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if i could.

Some of the workers here are lovely don't get me wrong but the newer staff could use more training in how to communicate with their clients. I've never complained about slow service and fact is this bank is actually very slow...and to put the cherry on top a teller was very rude and treated my situation as if it was a joke. They will give you the run around here and make it seem as if you have time to waste. I just found out today that telephone banking will lie and say whatever to get you off the phone with them, which is not something a teller should be telling their client. The manager as well was very unhelpful which comes as a surprise because the branch manager I met in person was man and it was a lady on the phone claiming to be this locations branch manager...very unprofessional service and they do not care. Please royal bank do better.

Zero star. I have been getting scam calls and they have a simliar 1800 rbc number and they will call you like crazy and leave messages .I have been missing money and filling out forms to get my money back but they are taking forever. Your money is not safe here. Close you account and go to TD or Scotia. Please do your research with many stories regarding rbc. Filthy people.
