WORST customer service ever from the branch manager.. she does not know her job..very rude..lack of respect ..and has a lot of attitude. I see I'm not the only one that had bad experience with her and I hope RBC will do something about this.

The worse customer service ever.. manager doesn't know her job I don't know who made her manager here

I've been with RBC since I was a kid, with this branch for the past 10+ years (both business and personal.) I can't speak for every RBC branch, but this particular one has a fantastic staff. The tellers are friendly and helpful, and the management has always been very curteous. Members of the staff have, on many occasions, gone out of their way to help me with both business and personal banking matters. A sincere "two-thumbs up" for this branch.
