I don't understand the expectations that some people have. Going to the bank at peak times will cause delays in service. I have been there on and off peak hours and am always pleased with service. Wait times are as conditions dictate. No different than grocery store lineups. Overall am very satisfied with this branch.

Nice people work here but the wait times in the bank are terrible. There are ever enough tellers and despite the very long line waiting for service the service is still really slow. This happened again today which was about the 4th time now. I appreciate tellers chit chatting with me and being pleasant. It makes for a nice experience but they need to have more tellers available if they're going to spend so much time on each customer.

Don't ever open a bank account with RBC there criminals I closed my account with them and they continued to take money out of my account without having a overdraft they screwed me with a $2500 owing account that I closed now my credit is totally screwed

Very slow, unprofessional, they had a line of over 30 people and only 2 people working the counter. They make no effort to fix the lack of employees helping and just let us wait. Not a branch I want to go to but sadly I have to since it’s the only branch near me; moral stay away if you can!
