Everyone working here should be fired and replaced minus a couple of actually all of them...they are extremely rude and don't know how to treat customers. All you see is a bunch of bums walking in this bank...bums attract bums.

I use RBC for most of my banking needs. Whatever my banking issue may be there always seems to be someone available to resolve my problem. I was referred to Dave Stone, Mortgage Specialist at RBC Whitby. I found Dave to be very personable, patient and very knowledgeable about my banking questions. Kudos to Dave Stone!

Good, quick and friendly service from the bank staff - I've been a few times where the line is getting long, and the manager will triage the people waiting to either answer questions, streamline you to the correct service rep, or start preparing a $US cash withdrawal so it is ready at the teller when you arrive, speeding up the service. Offering later hours some nights of the week is appreciated.

Went to teller to cash cheques, got told to try the machine. Was told no wait time on my money, so I went and found out I could only take out a small amount that day. So they said wait 24 hours, I could access my money the next day. So I tried, and nothing. So I call and they tell me I now have to wait 4 business days to access my money. Not a new cheque or pay, nothing they haven't seen before. So there is 0 reason for their lack of education on their business, or the time I've wasted trying to access my own money so I can eat and pay bills. 1 star to the people who have no damn clue what they're doing.
