Tried calling the branch to speak to my mortgage specialist, and the new automated system sent me somewhere completely different. I hate the new machine I just want to speak to a person. Stop cutting jobs no one likes automation I need a bank with a personal touch or else I’ll leave.

Horrible service, absent and non engaged manager, does not know how to return calls. Tellers seem out of it most times. Been with RBC for many years and this branch has been by far hit rock bottom.

Came to do a wire transfer. No one working in the bank was authorized to do it. ???

I was ripped off $90 by a bank teller at this location. She took the money from my account, shorted me, then denied it. The issue was resolved by the manager only for them to remove $90 from my account with no notice two weeks later. This bank is a joke. They STOLE from me.
