Where do I begin. My wife and I started the process of trying to get a home about 2 years ago. Both of us had decent credit scores, good income and all we did was spin our wheels with 3 or 4 other home loan officers and got absolutely, nowhere. We worked with people for month after frustrating month and got nothing. We tried home buying programs (NACA), tried different loan companies, banks, credit unions, you name it, we tried it. Move forward to March 23rd when we received our first email from Stacy Pingree. From the very first email exchange until the day we signed our closing papers (July 11th) Stacy and team were nothing less than a god send. Any little bump in the road that we would encounter Stacy would handle with poise and class. For a couple of first time home buyers my wife and I were STRESSED out! (Especially with all the rejection we got from everybody else.) Stacy and Mia had a positive attitude throughout the entire process. I'm gonna do everybody a favor out there and let you know why I'm writing this review. Not only do I want to give props to Stacy and team, but I also want to let other people out there know that have gone through the same struggle that my wife and I to look no further. Seriously, don't waste your time going anywhere else. I could write a book on all the BS that other places put me through and hoops I jumped through for these other financial institutions. Radiant Financial was very straight forward. They let you know what you need to do, no smoke and mirrors, and NO BS. If you're reading this and need some help, your search is over. Give them a call and get up on it. I am absolutely freakin elated with these people and I know you will as well.
