My realtor recommended Blayney to me, and he really couldn't have steered me better. Blayney and her wonderful team make it their mission to not only get you the mortgage you need, but one that you can also afford. They show you all the options and translate it realistically back to what the all inclusive monthly payments will be. She then spends lots of time walking through everything, adjusting numbers realtime to show impacts of adjustments. Blayney has a credo not to make her clients mortgage poor, and refreshingly guides you to the best product for you, not necessarily for her. A fabulous and caring lady, she and her team take care of everything, always available to answer questions, they make financing and closing a breeze. I recommend Blayney without reservation to anybody, first time buyer or refinancing. You won't regret it.

Just closed on my first house with Blayney and her team. We closed on May 9, 2016. Blayney and her team, Liz especially, at People's Home Equity were awesome! It was a complex transaction as I was a first time home buyer buying a, to me very expensive, fourplex in Piedmont. Blayney provided us not only with a number of separate options ranging from FHA to Freddie Mac to standard bank financing but created multiple loan packages and applications in order to meet our goals as well as providing guidance to assist us. Without her on our side I am doubtful we would have been able to complete the purchase. As an attorney that works primarily in business financing I have had quite a lot of experience with lending brokers, albeit in a commercial context, Blayney and her team stand out at the top and I will recommend her.
