Kevin and the entire Team RudRud made our home buying experience smooth and pain free. We liked Kevin from the first time we met him and felt he was trustworthy. The first time we met Kevin at his office he took his time in explaining the loan process and it’s language in terms that made it easy for us to understand. He was very thorough in answering the many questions that we had. Kevin assured us that he would be with us throughout the process and take care of our best interest. Kevin along with his team were available every time we had a question. Their prompt response to our questions made the process stress free. Kevin’s assistant, Dana, did an excellent job in keeping us informed throughout the process and helped us meet every deadline to close our loan on time. Furthermore, Kevin explained to us at the close of escrow that he will continue to monitor our loan and inform us of opportunities to refinance to an even better loan. We are confident that we made the best choice of selecting Kevin as our loan advisor. Kevin and Dana expressed their continued availability to us for anything we need even though our loan has closed. I’m a strong believer that greatness is a lot of small things done well and Kevin and Team Rudrud are the prime example of greatness!!

From the very beginning RPM showed that they are the best in the business. As first time home buyers, my wife and I initially called multiple mortgage firms that were recommended by my agent, and Kevin at RPM answered on the first ring and got us into the office the next day for an in person consultation. Kevin spent more than an hour with us in his office and that afternoon we were pre-approved for our loan. The loan pre-approval and RPM’s tight appraisal and loan contingency timelines were essential in helping us be selected as the buyer’s for our eventual home. We opened escrow in early December 2017 and scheduled to close in early January 2018, however, when Congress passed the recent tax bill set to take effect on January 1, 2018, we asked Kevin and Dana to push on our loan and close by year end for tax purposes. With less than 10 business days left in the year, Kevin and Dana hustled to make sure that we closed before year end. Even after both of them caught the flu the week after Christmas, they never waivered or made excuses and got our loan funded on December 29, 2017, saving us thousands of dollars in taxes. I’m sure if you ask Kevin and Dana they will tell you that we were “inquisitive” (high maintenance) borrowers, not only was it our first loan, but we are both the type of people that read every piece of paper that comes across our desk, and usually follow up with questions. Not only did Kevin and Dana get us a great loan terms, help us win a competitive bidding process, and close early, but they went out of their way to answer any questions we had in a timely manner and give us comfort with the process. We could not be more pleased with the job that RPM did for us in helping us with a huge step in our lives. We would strongly recommend Kevin and Dana at RPM to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance their home, and we would be happy to serve as personal references to anyone looking to use RPM in the future.
