Jonathon and much of the staff are fantastic. They really go above and beyond with their customer service. My issue is with the manager Phillip. For whatever reason he feels compelled to be a jack ass every time I have to deal with him. This is now the second or third go round with this disaster of a manager. Not sure if he thinks that he is above anyone else in the building but his attitude SUCKS. He gave my wife a hard time as I was trying to add her to my checking account. I wasn't informed that I needed to do anything to have her on the account in the first place. Second time he was not helpful and in fact told me that he could not help me with the simplest of tasks. It would have taken him less time to draft the letter than it did for me to blow him up online. Don't usually resort to this type of behavior, but this guy deserves it. Next time Phillip, you should be nicer to the people that help you keep your job. One never knows when a customer will get a bug up his butt and right a bad review that stays out in cyber space for longer than you will be the manager.... Jonathon, hope to see you and Jennifer the next time. Sorry you weren't around to help me out. This could have been avoided. BTW, you really don't need to spend so much money on your suits. We live in CO and no one wears them much these days. You should buy some suits at the Mens Warehouse. Their materials and quality far surpass those of Sears.

The bank itself (TCF in general) I would give 3 stars for, for the way they manage fees. But I would give this location 5 stars, for the friendly and helpful employees. If it wasn't for this branch being open, I probably would've switched banks a long time ago.

They ask 3% to cash a TCF check from their own location.
